Erin Lavery-Mullins, LMHCA received her MA in Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University and has been providing behavioral health services for over 10 years. Her clinical and behavioral health experience includes work in individual, family, and group therapy. She enjoys working with people of all ages regarding anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, LGBTQIA+, behavioral problems, parenting support, family difficulties, life transitions, and chronic pain.
Her therapeutic model heavily leans on cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. This means that she believes how you think affects how you feel and the choices you make. By becoming more aware of and looking at how those thoughts affect you and your life, you are able to take the power back in your life and shape more of what it looks like.
Erin will be accepting new clients shortly, both in office and via telehealth.
