My name is Constance Stevenson, I am a LMHC with Counseling Centers of North Puget Sound. I offer both in person and telelheath services in our Everett location.

I have always been passionate about helping others and have always been a good listener. Having experienced trauma myself, I understand the importance of seeking professional help. I believe in utilizing DBT, and other evidence-based practices to help individuals cope with mental health challenges.

My focus is providing counseling and therapeutic services to adults 21+.My areas of expertise include abuse both past and present, addiction, substance abuse, adjustment issues, anger management, behavioral issues, trauma, mindfulness, stress management. My primary modality is DBT, EMDR (not all clients are eligible for EMDR) as well as other modalities base

I am passionate about providing significant assistance to those experiencing mental illness and providing opportunities to learn and understand their unique diagnosis, teach skills that allow clients to make progress and reach their goals. It might be overcoming major life transitions or managing chronic conditions, lets talk.
