  • There are several ways you can make a payment on your account:
     
    For one time payments:
    1)  Login to your account with us at ccnps.janeapp.com. Choose Pay Balance.  If it doesn't show a balance, but you wish to authorize a payment, let your clinician know how much you want to pay.  
    2)  Give payment to your clinician in-person via check, cash, or credit/debit card.
    3)  Give payment to your clinician over the phone via credit/debit card.
    4)  Pay via our secure Paypal online payment page (a Paypal account is not needed).  
     
    For recurring payments, we have a 2 step process, to best protect your card information:
    1)  Login to your account with us at ccnps.janeapp.com.  Choose Credit Cards on File.  Make sure the card you want used is listed there.  Card information is stored securely.  
    2)  Complete the special Card Authorization form.  This form specifically does NOT include your card details, for your security.  Completing the Authorization form will make sure that we charge your card according to your wishes.   
     
     
    Want to remove a credit/debit card from our system?
    Send a confidential message to us.  Choose "business office" or "Douglas Chandler" and ask us to remove the card from your account.  If you have more than one card in your account, be sure to specify which one you want us to remove.
