  • MAKING AN APPOINTMENT

Making an initial appointment with a counselor/therapist or psychologist can be a little confusing. Hopefully, this information will be helpful in determining a good "fit" for your needs.

    FINDING A GOOD "FIT":

Take a moment to look around our site, to find out which location and therapists might work best for you. To find out which provider would be the best match for you, be sure to review their individual pages, which can be found on the menu to the right. All of our providers provide telehealth services, and most of our staff can provide in-person treatment.  Each provider has specific locations, training, and expertise. Generally, they manage their own practices which includes:

    • Schedules
    • Appointment availability
    • In-person and/or telehealth services.
    • Insurance and employee assistance program (EAP) plans accepted
    • Any financial aide, reduced fees and/or payment plans which may be available.
